How can cheerleader parents help our organization this year?

Please consider one of the following positions or considering coaching your child's squad! We are a totally parent run organization and we need YOU!

We need the following positions filled:

contact: coppell.cheer@hotmail.com

•  Publicity Coordinator
Help us get the word out!! We need someone to take pictures, and get media information to the Coppell newspaper and other interested print publications.
•  Homecomming Parade
We will participate in the city parade, but not have a "homecoming" on the CYCA level. This is an optional event for each squad.
•  Data Entry Coordinator
This is a much needed position!!! We need someone who has great computer skills who can keep up with our registration information and doesn't mind making changes while squads and coaches are being matched up. This person may also be responsible for sending out emails to all cheerleaders and coaches as requested by the CYC Board.
•  Fund Raiser
Be willing to coordinate our 2008 CYC raffle Tickets are printed and distributed by squad.  This position will help organize the distribution of tickets and prizes.
•  Uniform / Equipment
Ordering and distributing
•  Notebook Coordinator
Before camp we need a group to put the cheerleader notebooks together. Notebooks contain cheers and all other pertinent information for the current season.
•  T-shirt / Coaches Coordinator
Girls will be provided at cute CYC T-shirt at the CYC mini-camp. This coordinator will help design, order, and distribute T-shirts at camp. This job also consists of gathering size preferences, ordering shirts and getting them distributed among the coaches.

•  Copy Coordinator

Do you own a business that could provide the copies for our notebooks? Depending on how many cheerleaders we have in 2008, we could easily need 3000-4000 copies for the cheer notebooks. This is a huge help to our organization!!
